Our Team

At NinaBees, we believe children thrive when teachers are deeply supported, respected, and cared for. We are committed to creating a workplace where educators are paid competitively, encouraged professionally, treated with compassion, and valued as whole people. Our teachers are the heart of our community, and we work hard to build a culture rooted in collaboration, joy, belonging, and sustainability so they can do their best work with children every day.
